My services are for musicians and no-musicians alike. I hold a BBA in Accounting, a Masters of Business in the Music & Entertainment Industry and 10/12ths part of an MBA. My services cover the continental United States. My research rates are $40/hr for your questions that need in depth review and certain repetitive processes are per job. I accept paypal only for non-local clients. One half the estimate is due at agreement and the rest when the service is rendered before the other half is delivered. It is easy to set up a pay pal account on your computer and I can talk you through the process.
I offer tax services for groups, small labels, artists and individuals (any). If you need to secure a copyright, need a pro-forma business plan for your next CD project to submit to investors or if you want to plan the aquisition of a top flight Pro Tools HD recording studio and all the implications, I can help you.
I can review contracts and negotiate them for you as I have done so for a major independent label. With connections to the University of Miami, Fl. Music & Intertainment Industry department many thing of current import may be accessed for your benefit. I can provide contacts to a few record laabels for possible CD release. I can calculate the cost benefit of things such as whether to lease or buy equipment and the tax implications.
